Noortasha Devi
FOUNDER
Ocean lover and beach addict, Noortasha (or affectionately known as Nori by most) grew up by the coast in Sabah,Borneo. Driven by her love for the oceans and scuba diving, she decided to give up her life as a practicing lawyer in Malaysia and found herself in South Sulawesi where she built Tevana House Reef, the first sustainable resort in Tanjung Bira.
It was always in the plans that Tevana House Reef would have a conservation element to it and it was in 2020 that Gaia One Restoration Project came to life. What started out as a regular beach cleans has now turned into a complete social enterprise that focuses on Earth Restoration including a conservation dive centre, a coral restoration team and a travel program that emphasizes on the immersion of travelling into the 5 Elements of Nature.
It is Noortasha’s hope that anyone who come to Bira and experiences the Gaia One lifestyle will be inspired to care and love the Planet more deeply.
After all it is Nature that we are all connected as One.
