SCUBA DIVING
Bira is a coastal village with a 2km long white stretch beach. It’s main activities are scuba diving which you can do off the coastal waters, at our House reefs or the 2 neighbouring islands, Pulau Kambing and Pulau Liukang Loe.
At Tevana House Reef, we can arrange dive packages for our guests under GaiaOne Boutique Diving.
The famous must dive sites are Great Wall of Kambing, Eagle’s Rock, Mola-Mola Point, Fish Market, Cape Bira, and Mr.Ramli’.
FREEDIVING & SNORKELLING
The uniqueness of Bira waters is that once the weather changes and we get the East Winds, our coast is well protected from waves and surf. We get a unique calm ocean almost like a swimming pool with make conditions ideal for freediving and snorkelling.
Freedivers would find Bira the ultimately freediving spot as you have crystal clear waters, incredible beautiful reefs which are full of life and deep walls which would entice the more advance freedivers who wish to go deeper.
CAVING
Sulawesi is famous for their caves and in Bira there are some incredible sites which you can visit jsut 30 mins motorbike ride from Tevana House Reef

Being blessed with pristine white sandy beaches, Tanjung Bira as its suggest is a 2km long white sandy beach. Guests who come can enjoy our beaches around the area as well

PHINISI BOAT BUILDING
While tourism is a new industry in Bira, the main reason why people travel near and far to Tanjung Bira was to see and build wooden Phinisi Boats. Hailed as one of the last places on the Planet that still build wooden boats at this scale, they are truly a wonder to see. We encourage all our guests who come to visit Bira spend time at the boat building areas and to see the marvel and intricate craftsmanship of such traditions.

CLIFF VIEW POINTS
The surrounding terrain in Bira are cliffs and you're able to visit beautiful cliff points to get a unique views of the land.

STAR GAZING
Ideally located just below the Milky Way, Bira is one of the best places to watch the night sky. At Tevana House Reef we have our Energy Deck which allows you to spend the night underneath the stars. We guarantee you that you will see a shooting star if you look up long enough!
